What is Next Generation Endpoint Security?

BoltWork partners with SentinelOne and Huntress to provide customers with Next Generation Antivirus. SentinelOne utilizes artificial intelligence and machine learning to detect, analyze and defend against malicious activity on your devices by combining static and behavioral detections to neutralize known and unknown threats. Huntress employs a Managed Security Operation Center staffed 24/7/365 to analyze and respond to threats.

What is Network Device and System Monitoring?

BoltWork’s Remote Management and Monitoring tool allows us to proactively monitor your devices for potential issues, like hardware failure and resource utilization. If you have a physical office network we are also able to use this tool to track uptime and performance of your network, like whether your ISP or server hardware is online and performing at the correct speeds.

 What is Automated Operating System and Third Party Application Patching?

BoltWork utilizes a software based agent installed on your desktops and laptops. This agent checks to see whether the latest operating system and software updates are installed. If they are not installed the agent will install the update and prompt your employees to reboot their computers to complete the installation.

What is Managed Device Security & Compliance?

BoltWork leverages BitLocker (Windows) and FileVault (MacOS) to ensure that the data stored locally on your computers is protected with data encryption. This encryption technology ensures that the information stored on the device is not readable by anyone without the device’s password. BoltWork will deploy policies to your machines to ensure that Drive Encryption is enabled.

What if my business has On-Premises equipment (eg Network and Server)?

Monitoring and management of On-Premises equipment is not included in these prices and is billed on a per-device basis. Contact us for a detailed quote.

Our plans assume that employees have one laptop/desktop, one mobile phone and one tablet. Support for all of these device types is included in the plan.

What is the hourly rate on the Basic, Essential and Growth Plan?

Our hourly rate on the Essential plan is $225/hour during business hours and $295/hour outside of business hours, billed in 30 minute increments.

Our hourly rate on the Growth plan is reduced to $150/hour during business hours and $225/hour outside of business hours, billed in 15 minute increments.

We do not charge an hourly rate for customers on our Elite plan for all standard support requests. Larger projects may incur labor charges – speak with your account manager for more information.

Our hourly rate on the Basic plan is $225/hour during business hours. After hours labor is not available on this plan.

What are the minimum user counts for each plan?
